The RNeighborhood Team
We're so thrilled you're taking a closer look at the RNeighborhood Team. Comprised of independent Realtors, we work in a collaborative effort to deliver a superior home buying or selling experience to our clients.
As natives to Northern Virginia we're very familiar with the Washington, DC suburbs. We work, live, and are raising our families (all boys) in Northern Virginia. We love the area and can't wait to work with you. Contact us today!
Our Approach
We know the idea of buying or selling a home can be overwhelming. That's why we provide a comprehensive approach to either process. A seller can expect a thorough market analysis, if needed - home staging, and a print and online marketing campaign, which includes brochures, online exposure, and online advertisement. When we work with buyers we bring our vast knowledge of the area, current market trends, and a working knowledge of neighborhood conditions like amenities, taxes, and zoning. We also make available our resources so that you can conduct your own independent research. What sets us apart from other Realtors is that we work collaboratively, so that there is always someone available to answer your questions, show you a home, or negotiate a contract.
